- We are a unique, politically conservative boutique retirement planning advisory firm with an opening for an experienced operations professional for our growing office in Boca Raton.

- The successful applicant will assist in all aspects of business, including service to existing clients and processing of new business.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting our 401K financial advisors with daily activities, including preparing documents and tracking schedules.
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and vendors
- Have a working knowledge of retirement plan compliance requirements.
- Prepare request for proposals (RFPs)
- Able to assist plan participants with loan, beneficiary and admistrative issues on multiple recordkeeper platforms
- Work independently, effectively, efficiently, and with minimal supervision
- Handle confidential and/or sensitive information responsibly
Required Experience:
- A minimum or 2 years of experience as an operations professional in the investment industry
- A high dedication to providing excellent customer service
- A high degree of comfort managing a calendar of multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strength of character and a positive attitude
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including a deep understanding of Microsoft 365

401(k) Advocate / Outreach Specialist
- Our firm, a prominent conservative-oriented financial consultancy based in Boca Raton, Florida, is in search of a dynamic, proactive 401(k) Advocate / Outreach Specialist. This role involves advocating for our comprehensive 401(k) services and promoting their value to potential clients. Your primary objective will be to secure new leads and extend our client network by effectively presenting the perks of our 401(k) options.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Vigorously promote our company’s 401(k) services to prospective clients via diverse mediums, including telemarketing, networking, and active participation in related events.
- 2. Generate leads and foster rapport with key stakeholders such as employers, human resources practitioners, and business proprietors to elucidate the merits of our 401(k) services.
- 3. Execute dynamic presentations and demonstrations for prospective clientele, underscoring the unique features and benefits of our financial offerings.
- 4. Team up with the marketing and sales departments to create and implement powerful strategies for lead acquisition and conversion.
- 5. Keep abreast of the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in the 401(k) sector to provide timely and accurate advice to clients.
- 6. Aid clients through the enrollment process and offer continual support and guidance post-enrollment.
- 7. Cultivate and maintain a robust network of referral sources and strategic alliances.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management, particularly in the financial sector.
- Deep knowledge of 401(k) retirement plans, including industry trends and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities, with the skill to explain intricate concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Tenacious character with a positive attitude and strong motivation to meet and exceed goals.
- The capacity to work autonomously or as part of a team, demonstrating high levels of responsibility.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-enhancing tools.
- Professional certifications such as Certified 401(k) Professional (C(k)P) or Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) would be an added advantage.
- Highly skilled in managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential.
